

We are pleased to announce the appointment of a new permanent Clerk, Elisabeth Reyes.
Elisabeth will start work for the Company on Monday 20th July. There will be a two-week handover period with our interim Clerk, Vicky Andrew, who will leave us on 31st July.
Elisabeth has served as Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and Finance Director of a London-based media organisation, where she led the business, managed budgets and cash flow, developed partnerships and represented the organisation at public and institutional events. She is actively involved in the civic life of the City of London. She coordinates the annual Master Certificate Awards Ceremony at Mansion House for the Construction Liveries Group in partnership with City & Guilds. She was Consort to the Master of the Worshipful Company of Stationers and Newspaper Makers for 2025–26, and is a Freeman of the City of London, a Freeman of the Haberdashers’ Company and a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Gunmakers.
Elisabeth is Anglo-French and has lived in London for more than 25 years. She has three children, aged 22, 23 and 25, all living in London. Outside her professional and civic commitments, she enjoys ballet, music, visiting art exhibitions and travelling, particularly where she can combine her interest in history, culture and architecture.
