St John’s Wood Synagogue is home to David Hillman’s masterpiece: an outstanding scheme of more than 100 stained glass windows. These striking works of art combine visual beauty with Jewish learning, drawing on biblical texts and festivals.

Together, the windows form one of the most significant collections of synagogue stained glass in the United Kingdom and represent an important example of twentieth-century Anglo-Jewish religious art.

Tea and coffee will be served on arrival from 4.30pm. The tour will take place from 5pm until 6pm. We will then take a short walk to Pizza Express for a convivial informal supper with Glaziers fellow members and guests. Ticket Price is £40.
